Dr. Basener Metellus (Manavendra) has enthusiastically started a popular Prout movement in the south of Haiti. Using the French translation of “Tools to Change the World,” he has a dynamic team leading MOPRONA, which is short for the “National Progressive Movement.” Their logo, with the red, white, and blue of the Haitian national flag, includes the words “Progressive Utilization Theory” in French. They are producing a monthly newsletter in French and English.
